This Legal Due Diligence is designed to identify and analyze the Legal Aspects of the real property only, and does not intend to give an opinion regarding the economic value or to be a quality inspection or verification of the size of the real property. (appraisal)

Our main objective is to review the legal aspects of the real property based on Indonesian regulation. Those legal aspects are : Land and access /road to real property, Building issues, Ownership issues, including all permits related to property, and Closing checklist.

The goal of the due diligence is to enable you to reduce your legal risk base on the recommendations provided.
